You may be familiar with the word 'Thigh Gap'.
It's very huge trend in North America and Europe and now it has arrived in Korea too!
Now all the Korean Girls Want Thigh Gap.
Let's Find Out What it is and How to Achieve it!
This is a good example of Thigh Gap.
It's a hot issue among Korean teens and 20 to 30 Korean women to achieve Thigh Gap.
So, one of KBS's variety program called 'Livetong' asked Dr.Park, a representative of
WONJIN CLINIC
for an interview regarding this trend in Korea.
Thigh Gap may give you a nice skinny look but actually legs with Thigh Gap do not
have enough muscles and fats it needs.
So, why don't you try below excercises to help you achieve Thigh Gap
with necessary muscles intacted?
01) Step-up (with dumbell): 25 times
02) Squat (with dumbell): 15 times
03) Lunge: 25 times
04) Good Morning: 15 times
05) Jump Squat: 25 times
* Repeat one more for a total of 2 SETS *
These exercises will lead you to have more healthy and skinny legs,
however, as Demi Lovato (hollywood star) says on her Instagram,
"Regardless of what society tells you these days... You don't have to have a
thigh gap to be beautiful.
